In our Congregational Consulting package, a consultant works in-person and on-site, if practicable, to support your entire leadership team and congregation.

The consultant begins with a congregational assessment through a site visit that includes a 1:1 meeting with the pastor, meeting with the leadership team, and town-hall style meeting with the congregation.

Following the initial assessment, the consultant will customize a plan for ongoing support that reflects the gifts, needs, and desires of congregational leaders.

This package is best for congregations whose emotional, administrative, or spiritual needs stretch the capacity of congregational or judicatory leaders.

Each consulting package includes:

— In-person Assessment

— Customized plan

— Follow-up support

Cost: Varies. Typically $1500 - $3000 plus travel.
