Webform

When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with Zapier for data porting. 

Newsletter

After you opt-in to the newsletter, we may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with Mailerlite, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.

Booking

When you schedule an appointment, we collect personal information from you to complete the booking. We may collect information like your:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Details relating to your appointment (for example, who referred you)

We share this information with YouCanBookMe, our scheduling service provider, so that they can provide online booking services to us.

Payment Data

We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by the vendor named at time of purchase. These vendors include Paypal and Teachable

Third Parties

We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents (“third parties”) who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. These third parties are listed in this Privacy Notice.

Additional third parties will have contracts in place designed to help safeguard your personal information, including not sharing your personal information with anyone apart from us.

We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third parties that we may link to but are not affiliated with our Services.

  6. Can you tell us anything else to help us with our search? 

We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We’ll normally respond within one calendar month of receiving your request. There may be times where we need longer, and we’ll let you know if this is the case. 

Withdrawing your consent

If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details at the end of this notice.
